Balsam Fir Oil  is now called Idaho Grand Fir! Balsam Fir Oil was traditionally used to soothe muscle discomfort following exercise or work out;  Diffusing it energizes the mind, yet relaxes to the body!

When Young Living first launched this essential oil, the closest scientific name available was Abies balsamea. But thanks to approval from the Personal Care Products Council, YL can now call it by its truer name, Abies grandis, or Idaho Grand Fir. While the label has changed, the essential oil is still the same conifer favorite you know and love.
